Hannah Ridge by Classic Homes

 by Stephanie Thoen, Realtor

Today we'll be taking a look at the Hannah Ridge Subdivision by Classic Homes off of Marksheffel and Constitution. I am actually very familiar with Classic Homes and this neighborhood as they built my home which I closed on in August of 2018. I absolutely LOVE my home!!

Hannah Ridge is a great community with friendly neighbors that are social and many actually get together on a weekly basis. Everyone looks out for one another and will offer to help you if you need it-usually without you needing to ask! There have also been several HOA sponsored social events when not during Covid restrictions such as a meet your neighbor get together with food and drinks provided, a chili cook off,  as well as summer outdoor movies in the neighborhood park with snacks, just to name a few.

Classic Homes has won awards for their craftsmanship for over 10 years. They are still building new construction in Hannah Ridge with base house prices starting around $350,000 and go up to $444,000. All of the “Classic” collection homes come with unfinished basements! You can also get up to a 3 car garage added. The Classic collection does not include any landscaping or a fence. Recently they have introduced a new “Mid Town” Collection which does not have a basement and are $331,000-$377,000 for the base price. They are 2-3 story homes with standard 2 car garage and a landscape package with fence included.

There is one established green belt/park with trees and a couple doggy potty stations. Kids and dogs are seen playing here daily. They have almost completed two additional green belt areas with park benches, picnic tables, and another dog waste station. There are talks of a playground being decided on in the coming months.

One of the best perks in my (and Toby's) opinion is the trail that backs the area on the north side. It runs from Akers Drive and goes all the way to Constitution. Then it crosses over Constitution and continues on along the Dog Park. Oh yea! There's Eastridge Dog Park along with Cimarron Eastridge Park and ball field right across the street.

Nearby stores on the east side of Marksheffel include an awesome King Supers Marketplace which also has clothes and furniture. Going to the west on Constitution, you quickly reach Powers Road and you will find Lowe's, World Market, and a ton of great restaurants.

If you would like some first hand information about this community, please send me a message and I'd be happy to answer!

My little buddy, Toby:

Toby "Paw Approves" this community for being dog friendly with lots of places to explore, enjoy great walks, has lots of friends to play with, and offers lots of cleanup stations regularly stocked and cleaned. Look for Toby's Paw Approved locations by seeing this sticker on the business entrance:
